You Can Do It!

Hiya!  I hope everyone is doing well in their quest to being healthy!

I want to share a website with everyone that was sent to me via email by a reader.

Now this website has all kinds of cool stuff to help you get healthy, get fit, and be a better you!  It has helpful information about weight management, tips for increasing physical activity, healthy eating tips, a supertracker to help track your diet and exercise, and much, much more!  Check it out!

Upon request, I have done some research into finding “standing up” ab exercises.  Here are a few that I have found.
